Cancellation Policy

Policy for Purchase of Entertainment Services (Wilmington Spider-Man) Purpose This policy outlines the terms and conditions for booking entertainment services provided by Wilmington Spider-Man, including live appearances and performances as Spider-Man at parties or events. Scope This policy applies to all clients booking entertainment services, including personal events, corporate functions, and other gatherings. Key Points: Eligibility Clients must be 18 years or older to book entertainment services, or provide written consent from a parent or guardian for bookings involving minors. Payment Full payment or a deposit must be made at the time of booking, as specified during the checkout process. Payment can be made via major credit/debit cards, digital payment platforms, or any other methods offered by Wilmington Spider-Man. The remaining balance (if applicable) is due at the event before the performance begins. Cancellation and Fees Clients must contact Wilmington Spider-Man directly to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will incur a cancellation fee of [25%]. Failure to cancel with adequate notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid and/or additional charges. Liability Waiver Wilmington Spider-Man is not liable for any damages to property, guests, or injuries that may occur during the performance. Clients are responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for the performance, and Wilmington Spider-Man reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if conditions are deemed unsafe. Any accidents or injuries that occur to guests or property are the responsibility of the client. Service Delivery Services are provided as described in the booking confirmation. Any special requests or changes must be agreed upon in advance. Appearances as Spider-Man include [costumed performance as spider-man, interaction with guests, photos and video opportunities]. Privacy and Photography Photos or videos taken during the performance may be used for promotional purposes by Wilmington Spider-Man, unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event. Personal data provided during the booking process will be protected according to our Privacy Policy.
